What makes this different

Barcodes that get smarter over time

Once a product's barcode has been scanned anywhere on Fire Pass, it's recognised instantly everywhere else. No looking up products the system already knows.

Liquor counts without a special scale

Bottle weight is pre-programmed per item, so any ordinary kitchen scale gives an accurate pour count. Elsewhere that usually means renting a proprietary smart scale.

Marketing texts and order texts stay separate

A customer who gets an “your order's ready” text was never signed up for promotions, and the reverse is just as true. We keep consent clean on purpose.

What the price does and doesn't include

  • Setup — loading your menu, products, packs and recipes — is done by us and included.
  • Every location is priced separately; multi-location comparison comes with it.
  • Card processing is charged by the payment provider at their rates, not marked up here.
  • Promo email sending is included. Delivery dispatch and the phone AI are not live yet.
  • No contract tricks — if it isn't earning its keep, say so and we'll stop.
